WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major card payments; these are hosted by Stripe our secure payment system.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We know it sucks!! But sadly not at this stage.
CAN I ADD A PERSONALISED MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
ABSOLUTELY! When placing your order please complete the special request section.
AM I ABLE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
As we sell food products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that you find an issues with your purchase, please contact hello@auntylanesrockyroad.co.uk and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
HOW DO I STORE MY ROCKY ROAD?
Some people prefer a firmer bite, whilst others prefer more of a fudgy bite. So, depending on your preference, for the firmer bite please keep refrigerated away from any strong odours and for the more fudgy bite then please store at room temperature in an airtight container.
HOW LONG DOES THE ROCKY ROAD LAST?
Not long enough!! Seriously though, If necessary and stored correctly this product will last 4-6 weeks.
HOW MUCH DOES THE ROCKY ROAD WEIGH?
As this is a handmade and hand cut product, there can be a very slight variance in weight.
Due to different ingredients A full tray (12 slices of O.G Rocky Road/Berry White O.G) weighs between 850g - 1.010kg depending on the flavour you choose.
Due to different ingredients the Individual slices can weigh between 65g – 100g each depending on the flavour you choose.
All slices vary in appearance, size, and weight from batch to batch due to the handmade nature of the product.

IS YOUR ROCKY ROAD SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
Sadly, at this stage due to the marshmallows in our products containing pork gelatine no our rocky road is not suitable for vegetarians. Sorry!
