5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. COLLECTIONS & POSTALS
Collection details will be clearly stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Postal orders will be dispatched using the delivery option selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for parcels delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or dispatched, except where required by law or in the case of a fault on our part.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
